SHOULD I BUY OKIMOCHI BOX WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT IS INSIDE?

Okimochi Box is a surprise delivery concept. We provide a concierge gifting service for the sender from the selection of gifts right till the delivery to the recipient. You can describe the recipient to us and we curate and decide the content of the box. We will send you the content picture on the day of delivery. In this way, the surprise will be revealed to both you and recipient on the same day.

Our surprise boxes are well received and you can view the reviews on our website and social media. We believe it is a great feeling to receive a beautifully wrapped themed box when you’re not expecting it. The bonus is discovering the thoughtful items in it. If you, like us, enjoy spreading this feeling of joy, just order from us. You’ll love the reactions you get.

We also cater to some senders who like to choose the items and have a say. We have a category “PICK ME UP” where you get to choose our in house products made by our crafters.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEMS ARE SUITABLE AND PRESENTABLE?

We will have to ask you to take the leap of faith and trust us. We are in this business wholeheartedly, and want to grow Okimochi Box. We will not put items in the box that we dislike. All the items are tried, tested and evaluated by us. We can assure you that all our items are presentable and useful to the recipient.

We do need your good reviews and word-of-mouth grow our business! You’re in safe hands.

 


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?

For deliveries to Singapore, please allow at least 4 days for your order to arrive. If you need your order on or by a specific date, please use the date picker during check out. We will do our best to make it happen!

If you are looking to ship outside of Singapore, prices and timings will vary. You’ll see the charges and estimated delivery dates when you are at check out.

 


HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

During check out at the payment section, just make sure you put down YOUR contact number as the shipping details instead of the lucky recipient. The courier will call you when they have issues.

Most importantly, never let the cat out of the bag to the recipient!
