SHOULD I BUY OKIMOCHI BOX WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT IS INSIDE?

Okimochi Box is a surprise delivery concept. We provide curation service for the sender from the selection of gifts right till the delivery to the recipient. You can describe the recipient to us and we will curate and decide the content of the box. The curation is based on the description given and we focus on personalization of the gifts. The content picture will be sent to you on the day of delivery. In this way, the surprise will be revealed to both you and recipient on the same day. The curator will contact you should she need more description in the curation process.

All the items are tried, tested and evaluated by us. We can assure you that the box content are presentable, PERSONALIZED and useful to the recipient. We have loyal corporate customers who have entrusted us to send surprises to their clients during festive seasons yearly.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SURPRISE BOX, GIFTING CONCIERGE AND CREATE YOUR OWN BOX?

We offer 3 types of gifting services.

Surprise Box is the most popular choice for our customers as they love the novelty and surprise element. The content is highly dependent on your description and we will curate based on that. The gifts will be highly personalized based on your story.

Gifting concierge is for customers who knows exactly what they want to buy but they don’t have the time or they simply like the gift to be wrapped and delivered as a surprise to the recipient. We provide the service by helping to go buy the gift on behalf of you. We will deliver it as per your request.

Create your own box is for customers who like to choose the items and have a say. We have a small range of in-house products made by our crafters that we source worldwide. We are constantly on a look out to expand this range with our crafters.

 


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE BOX?

The content! The price difference will determine the quantity and value of items in the box. We believe it is the small thoughts that counts for a gesture of appreciation.

Medium is the all time favorite for our regular customers.

 


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?

For surprise box deliveries to Singapore, please allow at least 5 days for your order to arrive as we need time to personalize. If you need your order on or by a specific date, please use the date picker during check out. We will do our best to make it happen!

If you are looking to ship outside of Singapore, prices and timings will vary. You’ll see the charges and estimated delivery dates when you are at check out.

 


HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

During check out at the payment section, just make sure you provide us with YOUR contact number as well as the lucky recipient. The courier will call you or the recipient when they have issues. For local deliveries, we will deliver based on the time frame chosen. For overseas delivery, it will depends on whether you choose standard or express delivery and we will let you know the tracking number.

Most importantly, never let the cat out of the bag to the recipient!

Yes, we can! Multiple orders to different addresses are now available.
