Gifting Concierge

We started out as a gifting surprise platform where we offer curated surprise service. Customer have to describe the recipient to us and we offer our perspectives on what gifts it should be.

Along this journey, we do get enquiries from customers where they know exactly what they want to buy. However they do not have the

1) Time
2) Platform ( As they are based in overseas and the love one is in Singapore, so they can't physically buy the gift themselves)

As such, they asked if we can buy it for them and deliver the gift as a surprise. We always say YES. Through the years, we have bought interesting stuff.

I have went down to Cartier boutique to collect a watch, wrapped into a box and deliver with a bouquet of flowers to JW Marriot Hotel

Bought a Chanel perfume and deliver to a guy on behalf of the girlfriend

Helped a lady who stay in Australia to buy a Bottega cardholder for his Boyfriend based in Singapore

Bought a handcuff from a sex toy shop by request :X

and a few others.

All these while, I been doing these off the radar. We didn't tell anyone we can provide this service. So why not announce it and offer this service? I am sure many will benefit from it and we still get to deliver a surprise. Just that this time round. Customer curate, we assist in this gifting process.
